Introduction & Background

One Transaviation Painting (OTAP) was initially established as a sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Mohd Ridzuan Affandi Bin Jamil, and was subsequently upgraded to a private limited company in 2015 under the name ONE TRANSAVIATION PAINTING SDN. BHD. (OTAP), with a primary focus on aviation painting services.

OTAP is led by a highly dedicated Managing Director, Mr. Mohd Ridzuan Affandi, who has more than 20 years of experience in aviation painting both locally and abroad. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, with a total of 40 certified crew members to date. Our main priority is to deliver complete customer satisfaction in all services rendered.

With extensive experience, strong technical expertise, and state-of-the-art facilities, OTAP has successfully completed numerous projects, including collaborations with leading MRO companies such as Airbus Helicopters Malaysia, Leonardo Malaysia, BHIC Services Aviation, Weststar Aviation Services, and others.

OTAP prides itself on its capabilities in the aviation industry, offering a comprehensive range of services including manpower supply for aircraft painting, aircraft panel repair and painting, as well as aircraft livery painting.

1. Pre-Painting Phase

Initial preparation of aircraft surface before painting.

Dismantling: Removing components.
Towing: Towing to hangar.
Masking: Covering critical areas.
Sanding: Surface preparation.
Filler & Primer: Leveling & base layer.

2. Painting Phase (In Oven)

Main painting process in a controlled environment.

Degrease: Removing contaminants.
Sticker & Design: Custom livery.
Clear Coat: Shine & durability.

3. Post-Painting Phase

Final finishing and reinstallation.

Clearing: Removing masking materials.
Fixing: Reinstallation of components.
